You hereby grant the website operator (hereinafter the “Controller”) consent, within the meaning of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data (hereinafter the “Personal Data Protection Act”), to process the following personal data:
- first name and surname,
- company name,
- e-mail,
- telephone number.
The first name, surname, company name, telephone number and e-mail must be processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry or request. This data will be processed by the Controller for the likely duration of your interest (a maximum of 5 years) or for the duration of the cooperation.
You grant your express consent to the above processing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an e-mail to intedatcom@gmail.com or a letter to the contact details of the website operator.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller.
Please note that under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (known as the GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:
- withdraw consent at any time,
- request information from us as to what personal data of yours we process,
- request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
- request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
- request the erasure of this personal data from us,
- in the event of doubts about compliance with obligations relating to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
